I ♥ Russell & Bromley

Next in my love series is Russell and Bromley, anybody who reads my little blog regularly ( thank you very much by the way ) will notice that most of my shoes/boots are from Russell and Bromley.

I am lucky to have a R&B in my town and their footwear adorns most of the stylish ladies who live locally to me also.

My collection of winter ballet pumps and boots......

Notice something new? Yes, on Monday I purchased another A/W wish list item, black ankle boots. My budget didn't stretch to Acne or Rag & Bone, so I had my eye on these ones from R&B , I tried them on and loved them, great heel height for me, fabulous quality and lined in leather with also a soft furry teddy bear like lining.

Now whilst in there I had a little nosey at their bags, my favourite being their Willow tote and at £210 is more affordable for those of you, who like me love a little designer arm candy.

I particularly like the inner small bag that can be used as a separate clutch bag.

Getting back to the shoes, I have often looked at the Chester loafers and thought  I like them but........ not for me.

Totally for research purposes I tried a pair on in navy......and guess what, I now WANT a pair!

Thinking........ jeans and my MIH shirt for that classic Margaret Howell masculine look.

Now if you are not lucky like me and have a R&B by you, this wonderful family company as now gone all 21st century and earlier this year finally launched their online store.... which is fabulous.
So, there you go my ♥ for R&B goes on, a few sleepless nights I believe are coming up thinking how can a fit the above into my shopping budget & wardrobe without anybody noticing ..... there is always Santa!

Here I was on Wednesday wearing my new R&B boots.

Jumper - Boden here
Jacket - Zara ( very old about 8 years! )
Jeans - Topshop Jamie Skinny Jeans
Bag - Mulberry Effie
Boots - R&B Gaucho zip up boots £165 here

Enjoy your weekend, see you next week.

Xx

  3. I used to have a big thing for R&B when I had a bigger budget and they used to have a store in Leeds but since that shut, it's gone off my radar. I believe there is still one in Harrogate (my nearest) but that's not my usual stomping ground these days. The new boots look lovely - a good investment and I'm sure you will have those for many years to come - they won't date ... and they will probably look even better when the leather softens with wear.
