FM40 STYLE | I WANNA BE A GANNI GIRL ....

Yes, me too!

I have a few pieces on my wish list.

An affordable designer with some dresses retailing for £150, which is the price you would pay in high end high street stores, such as Whistles for example. In addition to the price point the wearability and effortless style of their pieces, totally appeal.

I am not known for my love of prints or loud colours, but Ganni seem to do prints really well. One, they pick prints that never date, such as leopard and polka dot and many of the pieces I am lusting after are off the said two prints.

Firstly, the polka dot dress is high on my wish list, perfect for spring race days, weddings and holidays. Secondly, another item perfect for a summer holiday, the leopard long wrap skirt, which would be just stunning with a plain black tee and sandals. Oh and the leopard wrap blouse would be my new "go to" going out top simply accessorised with black jeans and high heels.

Whilst I dream about the dresses, skirts and blouses let's not forget the shoes ..... the shoes, these are FABULOUS .... simply perfect with jeans, a white tee and a black blazer.

I SO want to be a Ganni girl this summer,  their mission was to fill the niche for wearable, effortless pieces at palatable prices, let's hope they keep the palatable price promise as their pieces gain popularity.....I have a few things I have to save for!

  1. Another great Danish brand!
I'm really lusting after the frill skirt with a sweater for now, and tee for the summer. I've actually pre-ordered a navy version (I'm not into printed skirts) from Boden (should be available in march), it's described as a pencil shape, but it does has the split front and frill up the front. I've got high hopes for that skirt!
If memory serves, there's also a Boden polka dot wrap dress reminiscent of Ganni too.
